As an adviser to President Emmanuel Macron (2017-19) and French Minister for Digital (2019-22), Cédric O has been heading France’s digital policies for the past five years, including innovation policy, regulation issues, and diplomatic discussions. As the Head of the French Presidency of the EU for digital matters, he was one of the major stakeholders of the EU’s regulation agenda and negotiated the Digital Markets Act and the Digital Services Act.
